Football Season Style

Fall means it’s time for lots of fabulous things, like pumpkins, sweaters, and festivals, but my personal favorite thing about the season is football! Our family absolutely loves our local NFL team, the Baltimore Ravens, and we look forward to watching them play every week. As a matter of fact, when Little Crafter was first learning to talk, he learned to say one of the players’ names before he said, “Mama!” True story! It stays pretty warm here in Maryland for the first part of football season, so I chose a short sleeve tee. This is the Women’s Majestic Charcoal Game Tradition T-shirt, featuring the Ravens logo and the word “Baltimore.” Not only is it soft and comfortable, I love the stripes on the sleeves and the vintage look of the image. The v-cut neckline makes it more stylish than a plain tee, which is one of the things that caught my attention when I was browsing the NFL Shop website. It pairs perfectly with cropped jeans and my beaded purple bracelets, or can be dressed up with a black maxi skirt. One quick note about this shirt is that it runs small, so you’ll definitely want to order larger than what you normally wear. I typically wear a size small top, but ordered a medium. It fits well, but if you prefer your tops more roomy, two sizes up might be the way to go.

My other choice was this Women’s Majestic Purple Athletic Tradition Full-Zip Hoodie. I am absolutely obsessed with it! The heathered purple is gorgeous, and once again it’s all about the details.

The white stitching on the seams, the solid purple cuffs, the stripes on the sleeves, and more make this hoodie stand out as more feminine and stylish than the average sweatshirt. Once again, I ordered one size up for a comfortable fit.

I like to layer things under my hoodies, and pairing the two tops was the perfect combination. When the weather gets too cool for short sleeves, this is going to be my go-to weekend outfit. Combined with dark cropped jeans and my daisy flats, I’m ready for game time!
